About the Role:
Join the fun at Blast Off Bay as a Slide Attendant! In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests as they enjoy our thrilling water slides. If you love working in a vibrant environment and making a splash, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor slide operations to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
- Assist guests with slide instructions and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the slide area.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues to management.
- Enforce height and safety regulations for all riders.
- Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a fun atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old; prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Lifeguard certification not required for slide attendant.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Team player with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
